Your work crew came yesterday and completed the retaining wall and paver patio. I would like to say I was very impressed with with not only their work but also their professionalism. It seemed like everyone knew what they where supposed to do without having to be told. They stayed until the job was complete although it was dark when they finished.The crew leader Hugo was great and definitely knows his trade well. I know he was pushing the crew hard to finish because it was going to rain today. But I don’t feel that the quality of the work suffered, and they delivered a superior end product. I must say that from the first estimate until the work was completed that my experience with Lifetime Pavers Inc. has been a pleasure. You were always on time for appointments you kept me updated with e-mails and completed the job on time. Please pass along my thanks to Hugo and the work crew. And I would be more that happy to give Lifetime Pavers Inc. a outstanding reference for future customers. It is nice to know that there are still honest home improvement contractors that deliver a good product at a good price.
